Your air conditioner runs approximately 2,000 hours yearly. When it’s working poorly, that directly impacts the comfort of your home as well the cost to operate it. The best way to mitigate potential problems is by scheduling annual residential maintenance with Ranger A/C & Refrigeration.

Routine maintenance isn’t something homeowners often consider, but you wouldn't go years without cleaning your teeth or changing the oil in your vehicle, yet your HVAC system is something you use daily that require maintenance, as well. Participating in our Maintenance Coverage Plans can cut costs and prevent unexpected breakdowns, ensuring your home remains comfortable.

Ranger A/C & Refrigeration proudly offers 3 levels of Maintenance Coverage Plans to our customers. These plans provide numerous benefits, like priority service and valuable discounts and work much like an insurance plans. You pay a monthly premium and receive the benefits of the plan of your choosing. Annual Commitment Required.

Silver Plan

✅ One Precision tune ups per year for both Heating and Cooling

✅  Priority booking on service calls

✅  5% Discount for demand service calls

✅  No overtime fee for MCP customers

✅  5% discount for replacement

✅  Energy and cost savings

✅  Spring cleaning of outdoor unit with chemical

✅  Test and record capacitor reading

✅  Test and record amp readings against nameplate

✅ Inspect blower and evaporator coil for cleanliness


All service calls include a $99 Diagnostic fee regardless of what plan you're signed up for.

Capacitors, Contactors, Drain clearing, Leak Searches, Transformers, Condenser Fan Motors and Blower Motors


All service calls include a $99 Diagnostic fee regardless of what plan you're signed up for.
