We believe in preventative maintenance to not only help your system perform better for comfort and energy savings, but to minimize cost by catching minor issues before they become major problems. Just like with a new car, regularly scheduled maintenance also keeps your warranty valid to help cover any major repairs.
Our 5-Star Maintenance Plans include 2 visits per year, generally performed in the Spring and Fall. This includes 1 cooling system tune-up and technical inspection, 1 heating system tune-up and technical inspection and 1 complete cleaning. Standard Plan benefits are as follows for each of the 2 levels we offer:

Silver Star Plan

Take advantage of our Silver Star Maintenance Plan for a payment of $198 for the first unit, $144 for the second and $96 for the third unit billed annually.
Gold Star Plan

✅15% discount for demand service calls not covered under agreement
